We opened Fern & Fig because flowers shouldn't wait for a wedding or an apology. A bunch on the kitchen table on a Tuesday is reason enough.
Every week we buy from a few local growers and whatever the season is giving — peonies in June, dahlias in September, dried stems when it's grey outside. No two bouquets are the same, and we like it that way.

Can I choose the flowers?
Tell us the colours and the mood; we pick the best stems of the week to match.
How do I keep the bouquet fresh?
Trim the stems, change the water every two days, and keep it away from the fruit bowl.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, to the front desk. Some wards don't allow flowers, so check first.

We deliver by area on two runs a week. Choose your area at checkout and we will text a two-hour window that morning.

Refund policy
Flowers are perishable: we replace anything that arrives damaged, photo please.
Cancellation policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before your delivery day for a full refund.
Pickup policy
Bouquets are wrapped and waiting under your name.

If nobody is home we leave it with a neighbour or at the door, in the shade.
